The New Delhi International Book Fair, held from January 10 to 18, brings together over 1,000 publishers and leading authors from around the world. The Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center is participating in the 53rd edition of the fair, aligning with its strategic goal of supporting the Arabic language and enhancing the presence of the UAE on the global stage. The aim is also to foster cultural cooperation between the two countries and strengthen the role of culture in dialogue and bringing peoples closer together. In its pavilion, the center is showcasing a collection of 31 publications covering various fields of knowledge, highlighting its pivotal role in promoting the Arabic language, encouraging the movement of publishing and translation, and the creative industries. The fair is accompanied by a variety of events, including pavilions for writers and authors, book launches, dedicated areas for children and youth, as well as cultural, literary, and professional programs. The program features seminars, panel discussions, workshops, as well as the special event 'Copyright Table' and sessions for translators and publishers from 50 countries around the world.
